My husband & I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was dealing with your Company, on our recent visit to Bangkok - which covered 4 pre arranged taxi collections from Airport to Hotel. Not only was the service fantastic, our driver was always very punctual waiting at the appointed place either Airport or Hotel at the correct time (if not earlier) - he always had the most beaming smile which was a lovely way to be greeted! This did include him having a good laugh at our expense, when he collected us at the Airport following a couple of days in the sun at Krabi when he saw how burnt we were! Unfortunately I not know his name, but hopefully you can check your records as we would very much like you to thank him personally for contributing to a memorable 1st trip to Thailand. As we commented after we left Thailand to travel onto China it was such a delight having such a lovely friendly driver and we cannot thank you enough. I arrived today at Bangkok Airport, having already arranged with BAT a time that my flight was due to land. I was over an hour late due to a late take off and really long wait at imminigration and I was suprised and very pleased to find my driver still waiting. The car was acceptable and the driving was very smooth and not like the usual taxi drivers. For years I have had to run the line of taxi touts but no more. I have passed BAT's web details to friends who also travel to Bangkok airport regularly. The cars were immaculate, and the experience both ways was stress-free with the driver patiently waiting for us at each pick up point, and delivering us directly to either the wharf or the hotel. Thanks for organising the airport transfer at Bangkok for us. The service was very good. It was great to have a reasonably priced pre-booked transfer and avoiding searching high and low for a local meter taxi, especially with 2 young children after a long flight. We've had problems in the past where our taxi driver had no idea where our hotel was and ended up on the other side of the city! Also, it was great to walk straight past the bombardment of expensive airport limos when we came through customs. Will definitely use again...and will also not hesitate in recommending to friends.
