Terms and Conditions

• Our drivers operate 24 hours/ Day. 7 Days / Week

• Bookings should be made at least 2 days in advance.

• Flight Delays, we will wait for you at the airport, no matter how long your flight is delayed, at no extra charge.

• If you change your flight you must let us know at least 48 hours before your flight was due to arrive in Bangkok.

• Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the due arrival time.

• Cancellation within 48 hours of the due arrival time or a No show will incur a charge equal to the full transfer fee.

• With departure flights it is your responsibility to ensure that you allow adequate time to reach the airport at least 2 hours before your departure time.

• We cannot be held responsible for any delay such as traffic, which is beyond our control.
