Can I make changes to my booking?
You can make changes to your booking free of charge by email For last minute changes please call us on +668486 79306
Can I cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so 12 hours before the pickup. Once we receive your cancellation request we will process it and you will receive a cancellation confirmation.
My flight details have changed, do I need to inform you?
Yes, it is important that you inform us of any changes to your flight schedule as soon as possible and we will update your reservation.
Where is the meeting point at the airport?
The driver will be waiting for you at the Airport Meeting Point, which is about 80 meters walk from baggage reclaim, just inside Exit Door 3 on Arrivals Level
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Your flight will be monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated.
Who do I pay for the transfer?
You pay the driver directly in cash on arrival at your destination
Can I exchange money at the airport?
There are 4 currency exchange kiosks at BKK airport, one is just before Immigration and 3 more are just before baggage reclaim
Will I be sharing the vehicle with other passengers?
No, we only operate Private Transfers
Does the airport transfer take us directly to our hotel?
Yes, our private transfer service take you directly to your accommodation
Are there any extra charges?
The price total on your confirmation is final. There are no hidden charges.
What if I need a visa on arrival?
Some nationalities do not qualify for automatic visa exemption, and need to apply for a visa on arrival, if this applies to you, it normally takes about 45 minutes, so, please tell us in advance so we can adjust your meeting time.
What if I forget anything like my phone in your vehicle?
If you inform us within 1 hour, we can normally return the item to you straight away.
Do you accept credit/debit cards ?
No, payment needs to be made in Thai baht or US dollars or Euros
What is your Smoking Policy?
All of our vehicles are strictly No Smoking
Can I get a transfer to a destination which isn't listed on your website?
Yes, we cover All of Central Thailand, just tell us where you want to go and we will give you a quote.
Can you do hotel to hotel transfers?
Yes, we do this all the time, just tell us the hotel names and we will give you a quote
Are your vehicles air-conditioned?
Yes, All of our vehicles are air-conditioned
Do I need to tip the driver?
This is entirely up to you, but a usual tip would be about 100 Thai baht
